Return & Exchange Policy: All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at info@thebleuextension.com.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
My package was stolen or lost, how do I get a refund ?
The Bleu extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier and file a claim with them directly.
If you selected Route protection at checkout your package is insured from theft, loss or damage. You must file a claim to be issued a refund of your subtotal.
